What:

Now admins have the ability to export chat conversations into a CSV file for various needs such as legal problems with employees (Compliance and Regulation), and for documentation and record-keeping.

Who can export?

Only admins and owners can export chat conversations according to the following rules:

* In 1on1 chat- every admin can export his/her private conversations.

* In Team chats/Channel (2 options):

(1) Every admin of the “manage teams and channel" tab can export every team chat/channel that they are part of

(2) Every admin that is also team chat/Channel admin

How to export?

As long as you apply to the criteria above, you will be able to export your conversation by clicking on the "3 dots" button and then clicking on "Export chat"
