When using the Assign Form action in a multi-action automation, the form name should be available as an output variable (e.g. {{context:form_name}}) so it can be referenced in subsequent actions like Send Chat Message or Send Direct Message. Currently admins have to hardcode the form name in the message text, which is brittle and doesn't scale.
