Add an automation action that assigns a specific LMS course to a user.

Use case: After a time-based trigger (e.g. X days from anniversary) or a performance condition, automatically enroll the employee in a training course. Currently user_completed_lms exists as a trigger, but there is no way to assign a course as an action output.
