Currently, automations cannot automatically create shifts in a scheduler.
This action would allow you to automatically create a shift when a trigger fires. For example, when a form is submitted requesting extra coverage, a shift could be auto-created in the relevant scheduler. This is useful for on-demand scheduling, auto-filling gaps, or scaling operations based on workload.
