New action: send an email to a configured address with pre-set content when an automation triggers.

Use case: Notify external stakeholders (HR systems, managers without app access) on events like new user creation, form submissions, compliance alerts.

Current messaging actions are Send Chat Message, Send Direct Message, and Send SMS but there is no way to send an email.
