Automation Action: Update Time Off Balance

Currently, automations cannot automatically adjust a user's time off balance.
This action would allow you to automatically add or subtract from a user's time off balance when a trigger fires. For example, granting bonus PTO when an employee reaches a work anniversary, or deducting balance when a custom leave type is approved. This is useful for milestone-based rewards, policy enforcement, or syncing balances with external systems.
