Add an action that uploads or generates a document to a user's document folder when an automation triggers.

Primary use case: When a user passes a quiz (quiz_submitted trigger), automatically generate and upload a completion certificate to their Documents section. Eliminates manual certificate creation and distribution for training/compliance workflows.

Source: Beta feedback from enterprise customer (franchise, biohazard remediation training). They need quiz completion to automatically produce certificates in the employee's Documents folder.
