Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow on an employee's birthday.

This trigger would fire on the employee's birthday based on their profile date of birth. This is useful for sending automatic birthday greetings via chat, awarding reward tokens, posting a celebration in a team channel, or reminding managers to acknowledge their team members.
