Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when an employee fails to sign a required document within a specified timeframe.

This trigger would fire after a configurable number of days if an employee has not signed a document that was sent to them. For example, sending a reminder after 3 days, escalating to the manager after 7 days, or flagging the employee for compliance follow-up.
