Currently, automations can trigger when an employee completes a course, but not when they specifically fail a quiz.

This trigger would fire when an employee fails a quiz within a course or training module. This is useful for automatically reassigning the course, notifying the employee's manager, scheduling a follow-up training session, or flagging the employee for additional coaching.
