Currently, automations can trigger on clock-in events but cannot detect whether the clock-in was late relative to the scheduled shift.

This trigger would fire when an employee clocks in after their scheduled shift start time. This is useful for notifying managers of tardiness, logging attendance issues, or sending the employee a reminder about punctuality policies.
