Currently, the "Time Since Start Date" trigger exists but does not specifically support recurring annual work anniversaries.

This trigger would fire each year on the anniversary of an employee's start date. This is useful for sending congratulatory messages, awarding milestone-based rewards or tokens, notifying HR for retention check-ins, or posting celebrations to a team channel.
