Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when a user claims an open shift or completes a shift swap.

This trigger would fire when an open shift is claimed by a user or when a shift swap between two users is finalized. This is useful for confirming coverage with managers, sending confirmation messages to involved employees, or updating external scheduling systems.
