Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when a scheduled shift begins and the assigned employee has not clocked in.

This trigger would fire when a shift's start time passes and the assigned employee has no clock-in recorded. This is useful for alerting the employee, notifying the manager of a no-show, or triggering a replacement search to fill the gap.
