Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when a published shift has no assigned employee or falls below minimum staffing requirements.

This trigger would fire when a shift is left uncovered or a schedule is understaffed for a given time slot. This is useful for alerting managers to coverage gaps, sending open shift notifications to available employees, or escalating staffing issues before they impact operations.
