Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when a new user is created or an existing user is archived.

This trigger would fire when a user is added to or removed from the system. This is useful for onboarding automation chains (e.g., assign courses, send welcome messages, set up time clock) or offboarding flows (e.g., revoke access, notify HR, archive records).
