Currently, automations do not support triggering a workflow when a user's profile is updated.

This trigger would fire when any user profile field is changed (e.g., name, phone number, email, custom fields). This is useful for syncing user data to external systems, notifying managers of profile changes, or triggering onboarding updates when key fields are filled in.
