Automations Action: Add a configurable delay/wait before an action

Currently, automation actions run immediately when the trigger fires — there's no way to wait before an action executes.
This feature would allow admins to add a delay before an action runs, set in minutes, hours, or days (and optionally run at a specific time, e.g. 9:00 AM the next day). For instance, send a chat message 3 days after a form is submitted.
