Automations Condition: Multiple conditions per trigger
Tali Rochwerg
Currently, admins can only set a single condition path within an automation.
This feature would allow admins to create branches within one automation based on multiple conditions. For example, when a form is submitted, the automation could take different actions depending on the form response, department, location, or custom field value. If the issue is marked “High Priority,” it could notify a manager immediately. If it’s marked “Low Priority,” it could create a task instead.
This would allow for smarter, more dynamic workflows without needing to create multiple separate automations.
