Currently, there are three view options in the Chat feature: All, Unread, and Teams.

This feature would add a fourth tab — Direct Messages — dedicated to displaying only 1:1 conversations. Just like the “Teams” tab shows group chats, this tab would help users easily access personal conversations without having to scroll through mixed chat lists.
