Chat: Assign team chats/channels to both smart groups and selected users

Currently, when creating team chats or channels, admins can either assign these to smart groups or selected users.
This feature would allow admins to assign team chats and channels to both smart groups and selected users.
This can, for instance, be useful when an admin creates a team chat based on a smart group they are not part of and still include themselves in it.

We're excited to announce a feature you voted for is now live: assigning chats/channels to both smart groups and selected users!
Now, as an admin, when creating a new team chat or channel you will be able to see the new chat assignment modal which allows you to assign both smart groups and selected users to the same conversation. As you probably expected, this is a very flexible assignment method.
