There are certain topics about which employees may have questions that aren't necessarily related to their direct manager or a specific person in the organization. For instance, when an employee has a question regarding their payslip, they will have to contact the finance department, or if they have a technical problem in the field, they will need to contact someone from the technical department or supervisor.
This feature would allow your employees to contact an online stakeholder when needed such as HR, IT, supervisor, or shift manager, and get an answer as quickly as possible - just like a ticketing system.
