Currently, the Chat Status bar above the message composer is displayed by default. It indicates whether the user is currently not clocked in, not on shift, or on time off.

This feature would allow admins to hide this status bar entirely, reducing unnecessary confusion among staff, especially in companies where clock-in visibility isn't relevant to daily communication.
