Currently, admins must create a dedicated team chat whenever they want to communicate with people working at a specific time (now/today/tomorrow, etc.).

This feature would allow admins to communicate with employees according to their working status, such as working today, now, tomorrow, etc. Only the relevant users will be included in the chat automatically.
