Time off: Accrual based on customized time periods
complete
Maya Reshef
Currently, time off accrual is based on the total amount of work hours accumulated over an unlimited time. This means employees could earn time off even if they accumulate it over a longer period than desired.
This feature would allow the accrual of time off based on hours worked within a customizable time frame. For example, users will accrue time off if they complete 40 hours within a week. This can help admins ensure that time off is earned proportionally to the hours worked in a given period.

Hey everyone, 🎉
We are excited to let you know that the option to set a minimum number of hours employees must work each cycle to earn time off is finally out! 🥳
With this update, if the minimum work hours are not met within the cycle, no time off will be granted. Please note that this applies only to Time Clock users.
To set this up, make sure your policy is set to accrue based on a cycle (e.g., every 2 weeks) within your accrual settings. Once that is active, you will find this new option under the 'limitations' step of your policy setup!
