Time Off: Accrual waiting period

Currently, employees start accruing time off as soon as they are added to a policy.
This feature would allow admins to define a waiting period only after which employees will start to accrue time off.

We’re excited to share that Accrual Waiting Periods in the Time Off is now available 🎉
With this update, admins can define a waiting period on time-off accrual policies during which employees do not receive accrued balances. Once the waiting period ends, you can choose to have accrual begin either retroactively (back-paying the waiting period) or from that point forward.
