Time Off: Add file attachment to request

Currently, users do not have the option to add attachments to time off requests.
This feature would allow users to add attachments to requests, such as a doctor's note for a sick leave request.

We’re excited to share that you can now attach files directly to Time Off requests 🎉
This makes it easier to submit supporting documents like doctor’s notes, certificates, or any other required files as part of the request process.
