Currently, separate policies need to be created for employees who earn a specific time off balance at year 1, year 2, year 3, and so on.
This feature would allow admins to set up those rules in one policy so that when a user's anniversary arrives, they will automatically earn more time off instead of moving them manually between the different policies.
