Time Off: Approve time off from the job schedule

Currently, Time Off can be approved from the time clock and time off feature.
This feature would show unapproved time off requests on the job schedule. This would allow schedulers to:
- Understand if they should schedule someone or not
- Get a clearer overview of all team members who have made requests
- Approve time off directly from the job schedule
