Currently, admins need to move users between policies manually or use the default policy, which applies to all new employees.

This feature would allow admins to automatically assign employees to a policy based on a specific user field or group belonging. For instance, if an employee moves from a part-time position to a full-time position, they would automatically move to the full-time policy.
