Currently, only fixed amount policies can base accrual on employee anniversary.
This feature will extend that option to "Earned per hour" policies too.

We’re excited to share that employee anniversary tracking is now supported for Earned Per Hour time off policies! 🎉
With this update, you are no longer limited to fixed-amount policies when basing accruals on an employee's anniversary. On the initial setup page, you can now simply select the employee's anniversary as the beginning of the year and it will be implemented.
