Time Off: Customize accrual reset date

Currently, when selecting the accrual cycle to be annual, managers can only select the option for it to be at the beginning of the year.
This feature would allow admins to customize the date and, for instance, set the accrual resets at the beginning of April.

Hi everyone,
We’re thrilled to announce a new feature in the Time Off Policy: the ability to set a Custom Year! 🎉🤩
This feature gives you more flexibility by allowing you to define a custom year period, moving beyond the traditional calendar year (e.g., starting on April 1st). It supports accruals, carryovers, and the maximum accrual limit.
To access this feature, go to:
Time Off > Add or Edit Policy > Select ‘Limited Policy’ > Choose ‘Custom Date’ and set the start of your year.

Accrual must be 6 months to comply with New Zealand laws

A client is looking to have their annual leave reset completely, meaning that by setting the reset date for April (for example), any approved time off for March 2024 will not be counted with approved time off for April. (As now happens with approved time off in Dec 23' and Jan 24')
