Currently, all hours worked (including overtime) count toward time-off accrual under the “earned per hours worked” method. This means employees continue accruing time off even on overtime hours.

This feature would allow policies to exclude overtime hours from accrual calculations, ensuring only regular hours contribute to earned time off.
