Currently, manual balance adjustments are not treated as “accrued” hours, so they are excluded from accrual-limit enforcement. This can cause employees who onboard mid-year or receive manual corrections to exceed the limit unintentionally.

This feature would allow choosing whether manual balance adjustments count toward the accrual limit or not, allowing higher flexibility and ensuring limits are enforced accurately even when balances are imported or edited manually.
