Time off: Prevent employees entering negative balance

Currently, employees can enter into a negative balance by requesting time off that exceeds their balance. This feature would prohibit employees from making such a request and let them know they do not have enough balance to make their request.

We’re excited to share a new Time Off setting that lets admins define a maximum negative balance 🎉
With this update, employees won’t be able to submit Time Off requests that exceed the set limit, helping teams maintain better control over balances and approvals.
