Currently, time off balances are updated when a request is approved, even if the time off hasn't been taken yet.
This feature would allow setting up your policies to update employee balances when the requested time off is actualized, ensuring more accurate balance tracking.

We’re excited to let you know that our improved policy balance view is now fully released!
Instead of just a high-level summary, this update gives both employees and admins a more detailed balance breakdown, ensuring everyone has the clarity needed to make more informed decisions.
Where to see it:
For Employees: This is now visible by clicking on any of your policies.
For Admins: This is now visible when reviewing time off requests.
