Currently, employees have different set work days. For instance, some employees have Mondays off, while others have Thursdays and Tuesdays off.

Currently, when admins want to monitor working hours, they can do it through the timesheets, or by comparing schedule hourse vs. actual hours.
This feature would allow admins to limit and monitor employee working hours based on their individual contracted hours, rather than scheduled hours, and easily see if they worked too little or too much.
