Currently, forms filled out about an employee are not automatically linked to that employee’s profile, making it difficult to track or review related documentation in one place.

This feature would automatically attach forms submitted about a specific employee to their profile, allowing managers to easily view and manage all related forms (e.g., feedback, coaching, or disciplinary records) directly within the employee’s record.
