Currently, admins with permissions can see or edit the entire form, including all fields, regardless of their role or relevance.

This feature would allow field-level visibility and edit permissions, so each stakeholder (e.g., HR, managers, IT, safety) only sees and interacts with the information relevant to them, helping protect sensitive data, improve compliance, and streamline workflows.
