Currently, when you archive a User the 'Notes', 'Documents', 'Payroll', 'Timeline' Tabs, etc. will no longer appear.

In order to see this info, you would need to restore the Archived User.

This capability would allow you to access these 'Profile tabs' when the User is still archived.
