Currently, users can only choose between viewing all shifts in the schedule or only their own shifts.

This feature would allow users to view only the shifts that are scheduled for users within the same department/branch/area (or any user field) as they are. This would provide users with a more relevant and focused view of the schedule, making it easier for them to find the information they need.
