This feature would allow admins to optimize shift assignments by defining prioritizations for the system to dispatch based on. This enhancement would better support staffing based on unique goals. For example, prioritizing by pay rate helps control labor costs, while prioritizing by seniority or start date ensures more experienced employees are scheduled first.
