Currently, when users request to claim an open shift, there is no way to prioritize claim requests based on user seniority, qualifications, or other criteria.

This feature would allow admins to prioritize claim requests, giving higher-priority employees (based on seniority, qualifications, etc.) a better chance of being approved. This ensures that critical shifts are filled by the most qualified personnel.
