🎉 Released: Set Employee Working Days & Working Hours
Thank you for voting! Admins can now define regular working days, working hours, and standard daily hours via individual user profiles or Company Policies. 
What’s new in the Schedule:
At-a-Glance View: Instantly see working vs. non-working days directly on the grid.
Smart Auto-Assign & Creation: Shifts default to defined hours, and auto-assign respects worker availability.
- Conflict Alerts: Automatic flags for working hour violations and unavailability during shift assignments/replacements. 
Why it matters: It keeps schedules accurate by default, cuts manual unavailability requests, and reduces scheduling errors. 
Note: Time Clock and Time Off integrations will follow in a separate phase.
