Time clock: Add Extra Pay When Break Is Missed

Currently, there is no way to compensate employees for a missed or non-compliant break.
This feature will allow managers to add 1 additional hour of pay to an employee’s timesheet for any day a break was missed or violated—supporting compliance with labor laws (e.g. California law) and helping ensure fair and accurate compensation.
