Time Clock

Currently, employees need to clock in and out manually when entering a geofence. This feature would allow admins to automatically clock employees in as soon as they enter a geofence and out as soon as they exit it. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? Currently, you can require a signature, uploading a file, or a photo before clocking out. Currently, reminders to clock in and out are based on times of day rather than on scheduled hours. This feature would allow you to base reminders to clock in and out on employees' scheduled work hours and add additional custom reminders in case they forget to do so. Currently, users need to be connected to the internet in order to use the Time Clock. This feature would allow users to clock in and out while offline. Currently, breaks function as a separate entity from the shift. This means that when an employee, for instance, forgets to clock a break and sends in a timesheet edit request to add it, it will create a conflict as the shift will be split, leading to incorrect calculations. This feature would ensure that when such a request comes in, it will automatically split the shift and include the break as part of the shift. Screenshot 1 shows how it is when it is not split and the hours a conflict is created, and screenshot 2 shows the correct way a shift should show when it is split. --- Is this a feature you would like to see? Currently, it isn't possible to see the edit history of timesheets apart from the blue indication that an entry was edited. This feature would show admins the complete history: who edited the entry, what edit they made, and when it was edited. --- Is this a feature you would like to see?
