Jobs

Currently, the list of resource items (Jobs, Clients, Locations, etc) cannot be filtered. Admins must scroll through the full list to review items, find specific entries, or make updates. This feature would add filtering options to the list of resource items, making it easier for admins to narrow it down and review, edit, audit, and keep data clean as the list grows. — Is this a feature you would like to see? Currently, admins can select multiple Resource items in the Resources list tab, but the only available bulk action is Delete. This feature would allow users to have a dedicated job field which will allow users to select a job from that list to associate the form information with that specific item. This would also mean that the list would not have to be updated as long as the job list is up to date. Currently it's only possible to add files to a job. This feature would allow managers to add shortcuts or images to a job. This is great for managers who want to always include a link to a form that needs to be filled out for a specific form or images that pertain to that job.
