Currently, it isn't possible to see the edit history of timesheets apart from the blue indication that an entry was edited.
This feature would show admins the complete history: who edited the entry, what edit they made, and when it was edited.

We’re excited to share that our highest-voted feature, the Timesheet Edit History Log, is now live! 🎉
You can find it as an exportable report within a user’s timesheet, giving you clear visibility into all edits made over a presented period.
