Currently, when an employee reaches a Pay Period Overtime hour threshold (e.g. 168 hours), Connecteam can start counting new hours as Pay Period Overtime. However, previously accumulated overtime hours remain unchanged, resulting in multiple overtime counters running in parallel.

This feature would allow existing overtime hours to be progressively reallocated into Pay Period Overtime once the threshold is reached, until those hours are fully converted.
