Time Clock: Flexible Time Rounding (Scheduled Shifts & Pay Windows)

Currently, employees’ clock-in and clock-out times can be rounded to the nearest 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes.
This feature would allow employees to clock in before their scheduled shift (e.g., 15 minutes), while automatically recording paid time from the scheduled shift start. Similarly, clock-out times could be rounded to the scheduled shift end when configured. This would support organizations that allow employees to prepare before their shift without accruing paid time until the scheduled start.

Currently, Rounding hours are available to the nearest 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, and 30 min.
This feature will allow the admins to automatically round the total worked hours.
